Reports

The Reports tab, available from the Customer Relationship Management home page, lets Advisors and Brokers generate client reports from pre-configured fields, save created reports, and export reports to excel spreadsheets.

To view reports

From the CRM home page, click the icon.

The CRM reporting page appears.

To create a report

  1. To create a report, select or configure from the available fields and click Search.
  1. Click Save Report to save your report search in CRM.
  2. Click All Saved Reports to view all saved report searches.
  3. To clear your report search, click Reset.
  4. Click Export to export your report search to a spreadsheet for download.
