Reports
The Reports tab, available from the Customer Relationship Management home page, lets Advisors and Brokers generate client reports from pre-configured fields, save created reports, and export reports to excel spreadsheets.
To view reports
From the CRM home page, click the icon.
The CRM reporting page appears.
To create a report
- To create a report, select or configure from the available fields and click Search.

- Account Status
- Name
- Address
- City
- State
- Postal Code
- Country
- Age
- Gender
- Marital Status
- Group
- Prospect Type
- Source
- Priority
- Currency
- Income
- Net Worth
- Liquid Net Worth
- Click Save Report to save your report search in CRM.
- Click All Saved Reports to view all saved report searches.
- To clear your report search, click Reset.
- Click Export to export your report search to a spreadsheet for download.
