Introduction

Now that your account has been approved and funded, you can begin to trade through your IB account.

TWS comprises two basic trading windows: Mosaic and Classic TWS. It's easy to toggle back and forth if needed using the workspace tabs at the bottom of the application. This QuickStart focuses primarily on the Mosaic Workspace, and shows you how to:

• Log In to TWS
• Understand the Mosaic Interface
• Add Tickers in Mosaic Watchlist
• Manage and Submit Orders
• Monitor Order Activity
• Monitor Portfolio and Account Activity
• Create predefined Mosaic Market Scanners
