Tickers in the Market View are grouped into Watchlists. You can create new watchlists directly on the Market View, and then add tickers to those Watchlists.

Note: You can also create new Watchlists and import existing Watchlists from TWS and mobileTWS on the Watchlist tab of the Preferences window.
